Apple and Walnut Baked Oats with scoop of icecream

Apple and Walnut Baked Oatmeal

This delicious moist slice is a great snack or dessert idea or a lovely healthy lunch box filler – without the icecream of course ;). It was created for us by the wonderful team at televisions Good Chef Bad Chef, we love this flavour combination of apples, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
