Bircher Style Mixed Spice Breakfast Muesli


  • 1/3 cup Mixed Spice Muesli
  • 2/3 cup Almond or Rice Milk
  • Optional extras
  • 2 tsp flaxseed
  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds 
  • Pinch of Fine Himalayan Rock Salt
  • 1 Apple, grated or finely chopped and or toasted shredded coconut


Place all ingredients except the apple in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Add the apple just before eating and top with toasted shredded coconut.Serves 1

Tip: By all means add to a Tupperware container or the like and take to work with you and enjoy it there.
