Breakfast Apple Bircher Muesli

A great way to start the day is our Breakfast Apple Bircher Muesli, full of healthy, delicious ingredients and easy to make.


½ cup of GF Oats½ tsp of cinnamon

¼ cup of coconut

1 cup of coconut water or liquid of choice eg. Milk, coconut milk, almond etc

¼ cup of sultanas or dried fruit of choice

Yoghurt – optional but delicious

Add into a glass jar oats, coconut water or just water, cinnamon, dried fruit and coconut. Leave covered overnight. The next morning you can just add in your additional liquid, yoghurt and of course your stewed apple and you are good to go.
