CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY & OAT CRUMBLE

Chocolate Strawberry & Oat Crumble

SERVES: 2-4

INGREDIENTS:

Base:

  • 3 cups Strawberries, roughly chopped 
  • 1/4 cup Coconut/Rapadura Sugar 

Crumble:

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced.  
  2. Add base ingredients to a medium saucepan on a medium heat. 
  3. Cook until strawberries have softened, approximately 5 minutes.  
  4. Meanwhile combine all crumble ingredients in a bowl.  
  5. Pour cooked strawberry mixture into a baking dish or ramekins.  
  6. Top with crumble and bake until crumble begins to turn golden, approximately 10-15 minutes.
