Here are Some Delicious Overnight GF Oats Recipes
You can soak them in different containers as well. The mason jar ones don’t work for me that well as I find them more difficult to eat from. I end up de-cantering them out into a bowl and that is just more washing up.
My personal favourite is the round glass container, as this doubles as a fabulous bowl. But each to their own, do what works for you.

- 1/3 cup GF Oats
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Yoghurt
- 1/2 cup preferred Milk
Combine all ingredients together in a jar or an airtight container. Add less or more milk according to your desired preference for consistency. Stir well until combined, cover with glad wrap or lid and refrigerate overnight.
CHOOSE YOUR FLAVOUR COMBINATION TO ADD TO THE BASE RECIPE
- 1 tbsp of Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp of Nut Butter
- 2 tbsp of Pecans or Walnuts
- 1/2 Banana sliced (add the following morning)
- 1 tbsp Honey
1 desert spn of shredded Coconut
2 tbsp of Almond, slivered or sliced
1/4 cup of diced Pineapple
- 1 small grated Carrot
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp of chopped Pecan
- 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of Sunflower Seeds
- 1 tbsp Blueberry jam
- 1/2 tsp Lemon rind
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of fresh or frozen Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/3 cup of GF Chocolate Muesli
- 1/4 cup Strawberries, sliced & hulled
