Gut Health is Your Number 1 Priority

Are you taking care of your gut health?

We are hearing more and more about the health of our gut and how that affects our health.  If you have a gluten allergy or gluten intolerance you absolutely know 100% that you need to pay attention to your gut health and work to heal it if you want to improve your health.

So the question I get asked all the time is “How do I know if I have gut problems?”

Here are 5 questions for you to answer?

  1. Do you have any food sensitivities? Y/N

People with food sensitivities and allergies often find that leaky gut is to blame. We are under attack from environmental toxins every day and these toxins enter the bloodstream.  They lower the immune system performance causing the production of various antibodies, which makes the body more susceptible to antigens in certain foods (especially gluten and dairy).   Y/N

  1. Do you have any problems with your bowel? Y/N

Eg. Diarrhoea, constipation, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, bowel cramps or spasms or Crohn’s disease.

  1. Do you have an autoimmune disease you are aware of? Y/N

There are over 80 different immune disorders ranging from common to rare. Some of the most commonly diagnosed are thyroid issues, diabetes 1, multiple sclerosis, Hashimoto’s and arthritis. Autoimmune diseases today affect 1 in 100 people in Australia and New Zealand.

  1. Do you have any skin conditions for example rashes, eczema and psoriasis? Y/N
  2. Do you suffer from any stomach or digestive issues for example cramps, gas and bloating, acid reflux, indigestion? Y/N

If you answered ‘Yes’ to any of the above questions, you definitely have some gut problems that need addressing.

I recommend the Gut Healing Pack from the Live Clean range of products.

In brief Aloe Vera puts out the ‘fire’ so to speak in your digestive tract, literally from top to bottom.  Minerals are the “spark of life’ cleansing and feeding our cells and assisting them to uptake nutrition more effectively.

Probiotics, this is a very unique super symbiotic. What this means is it is a blend of probiotics paired with prebiotics, which act as a packed lunch assisting the probiotics to multiply throughout the digestive track flooding your system with the good bacteria it needs to assist your gut to heal.

Finally Colostrum, this product is super for mopping up the neurotoxins created by bad bacteria dying off and being replaced by good bacteria.  It also contains maca to assist with the healing of the gut, boosting energy and immune function. Awesome!!

Get a Food Test

I would also highly recommend the Food Test that I do, testing over 500 various food products including the GF Oats, to find out what food you are compatible with and what foods are creating your symptoms.

You can view the details about this test here.
