Health Bar Snack


  • 2 cups Almonds
  • 1 cup GF Oats
  • 4 Tbsps pure powdered cocoa
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • pinch of salt1/3 cup agave1/3 cup hot water
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla


  1. Put all dry ingredients in a medium bowl
  2. Mix agave, hot water and vanilla together and then blend into the dry ingredients (you may have to mix by hand)
  3. Shape into bars, cookies or lightly press into a greased muffin tin
  4. Refrigerate until set
  5. These will last a week or more
  6. Makes 10 – 12 bars and great for the lunchbox
  7. Decorate with Goji berries
