Oat Bliss Balls with GF Oats


  • 1 cup of pitted and soaked dates
  • 1 cup of Cashews
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 cup of uncontaminated oats
  • 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup Cacao
  • 1 tbs Coconut Oil


  1. Add the nuts to your OPTIMUM blender and blend well.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse a few times to get started then blend until well combined.
  3. If the mixture is still too crumbly then add some extra coconut oil. Roll into balls, then roll into desiccated coconut (or chia seeds for an omega 3 boost).
