Oat Slice for Breakfast

Ingredients

1/2 cup of Oat Flour (ground oats)

1 medium size cauliflower

2 eggs

salt/pepper and any seasons you like

 

Method:

Blend your cauliflower in the Food processor or Thermomix until it is like a crumble mixture.

Add to a steamer or a pot with a little water and steam until soft.

Pour into a colander and leave to drain for a minute, press as much liquid as you can out of it.

Pour into a large mixing bowl and add lightly blended eggs, cheese, oat flour and seasonings of choice.

Mix all together well then spoon onto a lined tray at about ½ cm thickness.

Bake in a moderate oven for 20 – 25 minutes or until just browned.

Take out of the oven and let cool then cut into portion sizes and store in the fridge.  You can have them with your eggs or put avocado on them.  Love Love these!!
