Oatmeal Bake Using GF Oats


  • 6 cups of GF Oats
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 small cans or 1 large can of peaches


  1. Preheat oven to 160oC
  2. Combine oil, milk, eggs, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a mixing bowl
  3. In the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan (ungreased) place drained peaches.
  4. (You can use the whole can of peaches without draining, but you have to bake it a lot longer.)
  5. Pour GF Oats over the peaches and then pour in the liquid mixture over the oats & peaches.
  6. Bake uncovered at approx 160oC for 45 minutes (or until golden brown and centre is firm).
  7. Delicious Oatmeal is ready
  8. Serve warm. I serve it in bowls and let people add milk to their liking
