Our Overnight Oats Recipes

Overnight oats recipes are a very quick way to get out the door as you are reducing the preparation and cooking time in the morning when we seem to be the most rushed.

To prepare your overnight oats recipes: fill a Mason jar or Tupperware container with grains, toppings, add-ins, and a liquid like milk or water. Then you throw it in the refrigerator. While you’re sleeping, the flavours fuse together, so all you have to do is eat it in the morning — no cooking required!

Fruit Lassi Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup of GF Oats
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 cup of yoghurt or kefir
  • 1/2 cup of fruit, eg Mango or berries

Base Recipe

  • 1/3 cup GF Oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup preferred Milk

Banana Nut

Add these ingredients to the Base Recipe

  • 1 tbsp of Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp of Nut Butter
  • 2 tbsp of Pecans or Walnuts
  • 1/2 Banana sliced (add the following morning)

Base Recipe

  • 1 cup GF oats
    1 tbsp shredded coconut
    ½ green apple grated
    ½ cup coarsely chopped nuts or seeds
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    Approx 2/3 cup of almond milk or enough to cover the dry ingredients in the jar.
You can warm in the microwave for a heated option. Top with yoghurt and your favourite fruit to serve.

More flavours to add to the Base Recipe

Blueberry Lemon

  • 1 tbsp Blueberry jam
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon rind
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of fresh or frozen Blueberries

Chocolate Strawberry

Pina Colada

  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 desert spn of shredded Coconut
  • 2 tbsp of Almond, slivered or sliced
  • 1/4 cup of diced Pineapple

Carrot Cake

  • 1 small grated Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp of chopped Pecan
  • 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp of Sunflower Seeds
