Protein Balls

Protein balls recipe


  • 1/2 cup GF Oats
  • 5-6 Madjool date
  • 50g raw unsalted nuts such as cashew or almond
  • 2 tsp tahini
  • 2tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Arbonne Chocolate protein powder


Cut & pit the dates & blitz with the nuts.
Melt the tahini & coconut oil together & then add to date & nut mix.
Add protein powder & oats.
Mix all together & roll into small balls.
Keep refridgerated.
A note on protein powder.
I choose Arbonne because it is a vegan & Gluten free product.
