Protein Oat Balls

Our delicious Protein Oat Balls Recipe, using GF Oats and other healthy ingredients, is the perfect snack or treat. Also a great snack idea to put in work or school lunchboxes.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup GF Oats
  • 6 Dates
  • 1tbs Cacao Powder (or Cocoa)
  • 1/3 cup Almond Meal
  • 1/3 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 tbs Flax Seeds
  • 3 tbs Honey
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil (Melted)

METHOD:

Combine all ingredients into food processor or themomix and pulse until combined. Roll into balls and dust in desiccated coconut or cacao powder and refrigerate to set. Makes 10-12 large Protein Balls Enjoy 🙂   Recipe by Judi Gray
