Quick Easy Banana Smoothie

Warm weather calls for smoothies, this quick easy Banana smoothie will fill you up and give you a nice protein boost too.


  • 1/2 Cup GF Quick Oats
  • One ripe Banana
  • 1 Tablespoon of Natural Yoghurt
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • 1 Pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Milk of your choice


Chop Banana roughly
Combine all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy
Serve in your favourite smoothie jar

Garnish and Enjoy!
