Looking for a super healthy, delicious start to your day? Look no further with these delicious smoothie recipes. 

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the smoothie consistency you would like is reached. Serve immediately in a tall glass. Experiment with a selection of your favourite fruits such as berries, figs and mango.

Banana & Pineapple Smoothie

  • ½ cup of skim milk or ¼ cup of full fat and ¼ cup of water
  • ½ cup of Natural Yoghurt
  • Half a cup of GF Oats
  • ½ cup of banana
  • ½ cup of pineapple
  • Mint leaves

Jordans Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 can organic coconut milk
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/3 cup GF Oats
  • 2 tablespoons LSA Mix
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • water or rice milk
