MAKES: 1 Jar
- ½ cup Nut Butter* (I used Almond Butter)
- 1 tbsp Quick Oats (or rolled oats roughly chopped)
- ½ tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- ½ tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- ½ tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
*To make nut free, substitute with tahini and one tablespoon honey.
- Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a glass jar and cover with lid (add additional seeds as desired).
- Spread as you please (it’s delicious on some sliced sourdough or fruit like bananas & apples).
