Super Spread Recipe with GF Oats

Super Spread

MAKES: 1 Jar

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup Nut Butter* (I used Almond Butter)
  • 1 tbsp Quick Oats (or rolled oats roughly chopped)
  • ½ tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • ½ tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds

*To make nut free, substitute with tahini and one tablespoon honey.

METHOD:

  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a glass jar and cover with lid (add additional seeds as desired).
  2. Spread as you please (it’s delicious on some sliced sourdough or fruit like bananas & apples).
