Kylie shows you how to make your oats super creamy if that is your thing. GF Oats are naturally creamy as the oat seed is sourced from a heritage seed.
However, she shares a few more hacks you can use to bump up that creaminess many of us desired in our morning porridge.
Pinch of salt
1 cup of milk
Option 1 –
Coconut milk or cream (Put in ice cube tray and freeze)
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Flax seeds
Nuts of choice – I used walnuts and slivered almonds
Mixed berry coulis (frozen berries blended up)
Option 2 –
1/4 tsp Coconut sugar
1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Put 1 cup of GF Oats Organic Oats into a pot with 1 cup water the night before and a pinch of salt. Leave to soak overnight.
The next morning add 1 cup of your milk of choice – I made oat milk find the recipe HERE. Then pop your oats on the stove at a medium temperature.
Stir occasionally and once the milk has evaporated and your oats have thickened (this will only take 3-5 mins approx.) remove from the stove ready to serve and add your toppings of choice.
