Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Mixed Spice Muesli
- 2/3 cup Almond or Rice Milk
- Optional extras
- 2 tsp flaxseed
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
- Pinch of Fine Himalayan Rock Salt
- 1 Apple, grated or finely chopped and or toasted shredded coconut
Method
Serves 1
Place all ingredients except the apple in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Add the apple just before eating and top with toasted shredded coconut.
Tip: If you are pressed for time in the mornings, this breakfast muesli can also be mixed up in a Tupperware (or similar) container so that you can take to work with you and enjoy it there.
