Our convenient home delivery service means that you can order online and have these products delivered right to your home. By accessing and placing an order through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” refers to GK Gluten Free Foods Pty Ltd, ABN 151 37552802 of Shed 2 11 Darian Street, Meringandan, Qld, 4352 Australia, Postal PO Box 130 Highfields 4352, and “you” means you the customer.
GF Oats Australia may amend these terms and conditions from time to time and will publish such amended terms and conditions on the website. Your continued use of the Website after such amendment will constitute acceptance of the amended terms and conditions by you.
This site operates from Highfields, Queensland, Australia. GF Oats Australia makes no representation that materials in the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from locations where part or all content is illegal is prohibited. People who choose to access this site from other countries do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws. However, products are only deliverable to Australian addresses.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and make every reasonable effort to comply with this commitment. It is important for you to note that once you purchase a product from us, it is necessary for us to collect information from you to deliver your products. We do not sell or share your personal details with third parties.

GFOats.com.au is vigilant about your security on the web. This site provides you with multiple payment options including credit card facilities, or phone ordering for your convenience. Credit card information is NOT stored on our internet servers. Online credit card payments are processed directly to our financial institution using MasterCard Internet Gateway Service (MIGS).
In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures

Product Disclaimer/Refund Policy
With respect to products sold on the site, GFOats Australia makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, of any kind, except as expressly stated herein. We accept no liability for products we sell unless required to do so by law.
All products purchased directly from GF Oats Australia, either online or from our shop are covered by this Returns Policy. Any products purchased from Retail outlets or distributors are covered by the returns policy of the individual distributor.
GFOats Australia do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or taste dissatisfaction. It is the aim of GFOats Australia to supply customers with the freshest products possible, therefore GF Oats Australia do not offer refunds or exchanges or accept returns of products that have been ordered in error.
If any stock delivered to you is faulty or arrives in an unusable condition, please contact us immediately.
Replacements of parcels that are "missing" while in transit from the GF Oats Australia warehouse are subject to a waiting period of three (3) weeks. During this time GF Oats Australia will work with the customer and the freight carrier to resolve the issue. In the event that the issue cannot be resolved, GF Oats Australia will replace the order. The choice to replace /refund is at the discretion of GFOats.com.au. Sometimes during transit, boxes might get slightly damaged. Provided that the product is usable, GFOats.com.au is not under obligation to replace or refund goods.
Where damages have occurred or an exchange is sought, GFOats Australia representatives request:
- Email notification within 30 days of date of delivery, citing invoice
- Photos of the product/item (including the packaging) that shows the condition/damage and shows that the product/item has not been used.
If a product you receive does not match the description of the product that you ordered, GK Gluten-free foods will replace the received product with a product that does match the description of the product you ordered, or you may receive a full refund of the purchase price.
GFoats.com.au aims to include in the Product List up-to-date pictures of the goods. At times, the picture of the goods on the Product List may differ from the goods actually supplied to you. GF Oats Australia does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained in the Product List and recommends that you read the Labels on Goods carefully before consumption.
Products Out of Stock
GF Oats Australia will endeavour to ensure that all goods ordered by you are supplied to you. However, please be aware that our inventory can fluctuate due to sales demand, so an item indicated as “stocked” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. Unfortunately, we cannot split orders, so in this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email or phone immediately to notify you of the lead time for your order to be filled and dispatched.
Changes or Cancellations to Orders
As we strive to process orders quickly, there is only a brief period of time during which you may change or cancel an order. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant facility and this process incurs irreversible fees. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by GFoats.com.au due to the cancellation of your order. If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and if your order has not yet been dispatched we will try to accommodate your request.
We are able to ship some orders express if required, but please be aware this will incur an express postage fee of $6.95 in addition to the shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Online Store Terms:
In purchasing from our online store you are agreeing that you may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
All retail orders are required to be paid for upfront prior to dispatch. Once an order is fulfilled from the website GF Oats are unable to create a refund. GF Oats do not hold any credit card details at the head office. We can process orders via Paypal, Stripe, Shopify, Afterpay (min order $25). Please check your credit card for the charge from GK Gluten Free Foods Pty Ltd or GF Oats Australia.
Customer Service Response Times and Courtesy
Please respect our team with courteous language and tone at all times and we will do the same. Not always things are in our control, but our focus and goal are customer centric with a desire to provide a positive experience at all times.
While we endeavour to respond to customer enquiries within a timeframe of 48 business hours it is important to note that we are a small team and sometimes it isn't possible for us to respond as quickly as we would like. This is especially true in peak busy times where all hands are needed elsewhere in the business and/or for enquiries that require investigating. We thank our customers for their patience and understanding if you find that it takes us a little longer than usual to get back to you. We do have a telephone service listed, however this may not quicken the process as we attend to enquiries in priority.
All our staff deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. Management will be made aware of any interactions where staff are not treated accordingly to our expectations.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Additional Terms and Conditions – Subscription Orders - Oats Club
This order will be a pre-paid recurring dispatch which attracts a 20% discount to the regular price (for oats) and a 15% discount to the regular price for all other products accessible through the subscription plan. Frequency of delivery can be selected via our shop when creating the subscription order.

Once your subscription has been confirmed you will receive your GF Oats at the frequency you requested. Payment for each order will be processed the day of dispatch. If payment cannot be processed the order will be put on hold until payment is made.
Orders can be managed by yourself through the website.
A minimum of 3 cycles are required before your subscription can be cancelled. You can cancel online. We recommend you try our oats before committing to a subscription.
If you decide to cancel your subscription prior to the 3 cycles minimum you will be required to pay the 20% product price difference plus an admin fee of $5.
Order periods can be extended to avoid incurring these cancellation fees.
Freight price quoted is based on dispatch through Aramax Couriers only; any Australia Post destinations may incur additional charges.
Applying Discounts to Subscriptions
Additional discounts cannot be applied to subscription orders. Only one discount can be applied to a single order, and the 20% off subscription discount (or 15% off for other qualifying products) counts as that single discount.
Any discount codes offered by us as part of a promotion, discount sale, by customer service or by any other method can only be applied to a separate one-time purchase.
This also applies to points accrued via our Loyalty Program. Points accrued through our Loyalty Program can only be redeemed through a separate one-time purchase.
Materials published on the Internet are protected by copyright law. Apart from fair dealing for the purposes of private study, research, criticism or review, as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968, no part may be reproduced or reused for any commercial purposes whatsoever.
You may use this website only for your personal and non-commercial purposes. SOLD OUT | ON PRE-ORDER FOR DELIVERY
Every now and again we run out of oats! Yikes! While we await the next shipment to arrive we place the Oats on PRE-ORDER. We appreciate how annoying this is, so we give you the option to BUY NOW on a Pre-order, which simply means, you order NOW, PAY NOW, and we give you a discount. We dispatch as soon as we have it packaged. Kylie explains in a video here.
Please note that any other products with the pre-order will be dispatched together when the oats arrive. If you'd like other products shipped straight away, please place them on a separate order.

Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to GF Oats Australia's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages with service-related [if you send promotional messages: and promotional ] messages, including [If you send transactional messages: updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) ] [If you send promotional messages: and promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders)] from and on behalf of GF Oats Australia via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

Monthly Competition - Win a Travel Voucher
By entering the GF Oats monthly competition to win a travel voucher, you consent to GF Oats Australia using the content you provide in marketing activities which may include email direct marketing and/or sms marketing.
Three lucky GF Oats winners will be drawn at the end of each month and announced live on Facebook.
The luxury holiday entitles you to an accommodation voucher for up to 2 adults and 2 children at a minimum 4* hotel at a destination of your choice (Australian and International destinations available). If you are the winner of an accommodation voucher, you will need to follow the steps provided to activate your Voucher.
Once you have registered your “Vacation Accommodation Voucher” online and selected your preferred location, you will have 7 days to complete the activation of the vacation.
Once you have activated the vacation, you will have 18 months to select your travel dates.

Entries into this competition are via reviews submitted via Instagram/ Facebook where @gfoats is tagged and the hashtags #gfoats #lovegfoats are used. In the reviews, we are asking you to tell us what it is you love about GF Oats and why you choose GF Oats over other brands.
If you would prefer to email your review, this can be done by emailing email@example.com. Please remember to attach a photo or video to your email to be eligible.
By entering this competition, you consent to GF Oats reproducing your content through marketing activities. This may include reproducing your stories, images and recipes in our content marketing. If your stories/images/recipes are featured by GF Oats Australia we will endeavour to provide credit to you where possible, however, GF Oats Australia will not be liable for any reason if credit is not given.
Our favourite written reviews will win a $25 voucher to spend in store, while our favourite video/reel reviews will win a $50 voucher to spend in store.
