Ingredients
- 3 tbsps GF Uncontaminated Oats
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 heaped tbsp cocoa/ cacao or carob
- 1 cup of oat milk (we have oat milk kits to make your own)
- Teaspoon Honey
Method
Whizz up in the blender and chill in the fridge. Top with flaked almonds or sprinkles
