Ingredients:
- 1 cup of pitted and soaked dates
- 1 cup of Cashews
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup of GF uncontaminated oats
- 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup Cacao
- 1/2 cup of raw chocolate chips
- 1 tbspn Coconut Oil
Method:
- Add the nuts to your blender and blend well.
- Add the remaining ingredients and pulse a few times to get started then blend until well combined.
- If the mixture is still too crumbly, then add some extra coconut oil. Add a an extra spoon of oats, if you would like them as the hero and some chocolate chips. Mix in gently with a spoon. Roll into balls, then roll into desiccated coconut (or chia seeds for an omega 3 boost).
