Plant Based Oat Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Add the nuts to your blender and blend well.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse a few times to get started then blend until well combined.
  3. If the mixture is still too crumbly, then add some extra coconut oil. Add a an extra spoon of oats, if you would like them as the hero and some chocolate chips. Mix in gently with a spoon. Roll into balls, then roll into desiccated coconut (or chia seeds for an omega 3 boost).
