Our commitment to you

It is important to us here at GK Gluten Free Foods that we provide Australian consumers with oats that are free from the contamination of the gluten found in wheat, rye or barley. “Oats they can trust.” Our brand is MORE than wheat free and low gluten which do not mean that they comply with nil gluten detected. Great lengths are taken from the time the seed is sown with our farmers, our dedicated suppliers, to the packaging of the products locally here in Australia. All processing is done at in cleaned certified Gluten-Free facilities.

Australian Labelling Laws

Each batch of oats that comes into the GF Oats Australia headquarters is accompanied by certification documents. However, GK Gluten Free Foods sends samples to independent testing authorities in Brisbane,to be tested.
We test each batch for gluten contamination from the gluten found in wheat, rye or barley. We have never is over 12 years had any contamination from gluten in our oats.

In Australia we are unable to label any product that contains oats gluten free, even if we do test nil gluten. Updates to the labelling law in 2015 now allow us to label this product “Low Gluten”. Low Gluten simply means <20ppm which still doesn’t represent the purity of our product which tests down to <3ppm or nil gluten detected.
