HOW CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS?

To redeem your points, you will need to firstly log into the rewards panel.

Once you have done this, click on 'Ways to Redeem'. 

If you have accrued enough points for a fixed amount reward, you will see the rewards that you are eligible for listed here.
Click the 'Redeem' button for the reward that you would like to use. 

After you click the redeem button, you will be taken to a page that shows a unique coupon code with a button to Apply code.
Click the 'Apply Code' button and the discount code will automatically be applied to your order at the checkout.

Once you spend equivalent to a $500 spend in store on GF Oats products, you will be emailed a free accommodation voucher . Please note this is only available to your first $500 accrued from July 1st 2023.
The luxury holiday includes 3 nights accommodation for up to 2 adults and 2 children at a minimum 4* hotel at a destination of your choice. Australian destinations on offer include the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Cairns and many more!  International destinations include New Zealand, Bali, Fiji and Thailand! Please read the voucher and follow the instructions.

At the end of each month, a representative from GF Oats will email the voucher for you to directly claim on the accommodation voucher! 
The offer to win a free four day holiday will expire once all accommodation vouchers have been claimed. 

EXCLUSIONS

Rewards points may not be redeemed against subscription packages

We advise our subscription holders that while subscriptions accrue rewards points, it is currently not possible to apply rewards to subscription packages. This is due to the technology that we use not allowing us to apply points to subscriptions. 
Subscription holders are able to apply their accrued points against any other one-off in-store purchase and, of course, through your subscription you will continue to accrue points that will make you eligible to win a four day accommodation voucher.
We apologise for the inconvenience and will continue to work towards finding a solution that will allow our subscription holders to redeem points against their subscriptions in the future.
