8x Meal Prep Summer Smoothie Recipes

We have just made your summer easier, with these 8x smoothie recipes, that you can easily pre prepare and freeze to make the most delicious Oaty Smoothies. 

Using only 4 ingredients, you can combine the dry ingredients into zip lock bags and pop them in the freezer. When you're ready to make your smoothie, just pop the ingredients into a blender, and add the liquid ingredient in fresh and blend until smooth.

All these tasty recipes make a quick and filling breakfast or on the go snack.

 

1. Banana Oat Bliss

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2. Tropical Oatscape

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut water

3. Strawberry Oat-licious

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup orange juice

4. Mango Oat Magic

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional for sweetness)

5. Berry Oatburst

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

6. Acai Boost

  • 1 frozen acai packet (or 1/2 cup acai puree)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 GF Oats Oaty Boost (Nut & Seed Mix)
  • 1 cup apple juice

7. Peachy Muesli Delight

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup muesli
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

8. Apple Muesli Crunch

  • 1 medium apple (cored and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup muesli
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

 

Just toss the ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth, and enjoy!
