Almond Croissant Baked Oats Recipe

We all love a good almond croissant... fill that craving but without the guilt

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
     
  • Flaked almonds
  • Monk fruit icing blend
 
METHOD
 
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Pour half mixture into a small oven safe dish.
  3. Place 1 tbs almond butter in the centre.
  4. Pour reminder of the mixture over the almond butter and top with almonds.
  5. Place in the air fryer at 180C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Top with icing blend and enjoy!
