We all love a good almond croissant... fill that craving but without the guilt
INGREDIENTS:

1/2 banana

1/2 cup Traditional GF Oats

1/2 cup almond milk
-
1 tbs almond butter
-
1/2 tsp baking powder
-
1 serving vanilla protein powder
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
Flaked almonds
-
Monk fruit icing blend
METHOD
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour half mixture into a small oven safe dish.
- Place 1 tbs almond butter in the centre.
- Pour reminder of the mixture over the almond butter and top with almonds.
- Place in the air fryer at 180C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Top with icing blend and enjoy!
