Gluten free Anzac biscuits recipe - Anzac Biscuit Balls

This little Anzac Biscuit Balls recipe was shared to me by Tamara from @Butterfly Kisses Creations and we have adapted to make it super easy for everyone. I trust you will give this a go as we have all been raving about it here at GF Oats headquarters as I tested it out on everyone to see if we get the thumbs up.

This recipe would also be wonderful for the base of a Cheese Cake, Slice or Apple crumble base. For example our recipe from last month Decadent Berry Slice

  • 1 packet of ANZAC biscuits ground down into crumbs
  • 30g of GF Oats
  • 150g of Cream Cheese *dairy or dairy-free option

If using the ANZAC biscuits, blend them in your Thermomix or blender until they resemble a crumble. About 10 seconds on Speed 5 in the Thermomix.

If using the Anzac biscuit crumble, add this straight to your blender. Add in 30g of GF Oats and the Cream Cheese to the blender. Mix on approximately Speed 4 in the Thermomix for another 10 seconds or until the ingredients has bound together.

Take the mix from the blender in teaspoons and roll them in your hands to resemble balls. Place them straight into a container and leave in the fridge to set.
