Breakfast Oatmeal


  • 1/4 cup GF Oats
  • Fresh fruit, figs, strawberries etc
  • 1 handful golden raisins
  • 1 tspn ground chia
  • 1/2 tspn ground cinnamon (or more to taste)
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I used almond coconut milk)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt
  • small handful walnuts or pecans chopped
  • a drizzle of GF Oats Honey or sauces 


  1. Put all of the ingredients in a pot except for the walnuts and agave.
  2. Cook on medium-low until desired consistency.
  3. Serve with walnuts and agave.
