Choc blueberry baked oat slice š«š«
This is the perfect light brekkie or snack that you can meal prep for the week ahead!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup GF Oats
- āØ2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix ins:
- Fresh blueberries - measure with your heart
- 100g chocolate of choice
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together until smooth.
- Chop up your chocolate and fold this into the mixture. Stir in your blueberries.
- Pour into a lined or greased baking tray and bake for 20-30 mins, or until golden brown on top and completely cooked through. Cooking time will depend on your oven.
- Serve warm. Pop leftovers into an air tight container and keep refrigerated.
