This is the perfect light brekkie or snack that you can meal prep for the week ahead!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup GF Oats
  • 
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix ins:

  • Fresh blueberries - measure with your heart
  • 100g chocolate of choice


METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Chop up your chocolate and fold this into the mixture. Stir in your blueberries.
  4. Pour into a lined or greased baking tray and bake for 20-30 mins, or until golden brown on top and completely cooked through. Cooking time will depend on your oven.
  5. Serve warm. Pop leftovers into an air tight container and keep refrigerated.
