These overnight oats are a must try!

 INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup GF Rolled Oatsâ
- 2/3 cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk â (we used Coconut Milk)â
- 1 tbsp Chia Seedsâ
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seedsâ
- 1 tsp Matcha Powderâ
- 1 tsp Sweetener of choice (we used maple syrup)â
Toppings:â
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flakes â
- 1 tbsp Cashews, finely choppedâ Â
- Seasonal Fruit â

METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl. â
- Â Seal and leave to set in fridge overnight. â
- Once set, top with topping and enjoy! â
