
Talk about a creamy & refreshing start to the day, oh and with a caffeine boost! 🍏
These overnight oats are a must try!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup GF Rolled Oats
- 2/3 cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk (we used Coconut Milk)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1 tsp Sweetener of choice (we used maple syrup)
Toppings:
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flakes
- 1 tbsp Cashews, finely chopped
- Seasonal Fruit
METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl.
- Seal and leave to set in fridge overnight.
- Once set, top with topping and enjoy!
