5x Oatmeal Bowls Ideas


This week we thought we'd do something a little different and share 5x Oatmeal Inspiration Bowls.

Each Bowl is under 300 Calories, and will leave you feeling full to start the morning!


1. GF Oats with peanut butter & frozen raspberries 

 

2. GF Oats with vanilla protein yoghurt & frozen strawberries


3. GF Oats with vanilla protein yoghurt & fresh passionfruit 

 

4. Coffee GF Oats with vanilla protein yoghurt + frozen blueberries + cacao powder 

 

5. GF Oats with strawberry protein yoghurt + frozen strawberries + hemp seeds

 

METHOD:
  1. To make the oats - measure out 80g of oats of choice, cover with boiling water (just enough water to cover oats) allow to cool and then refrigerate in an airtight container overnight. Makes two 40g servings.
  2. Add Oats into the bowl, or you can heat in the microwave before eating if you want them warm.
    Abi likes to enjoy the bowls cold with warmed berries and a hot cup of black coffee 👌🏼
