Muesli recipe inspo with these 3 INGREDIENT MUESLI COOKIES! ✨
These are simple, take only about 15 minutes to make and a great filling snack!
We experimented with these and added 1/2 cup High Fibre & 1/2 Cup Fruit and nut Muesli and added 2 teaspoons to sweeten the cookies slightly.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup GF Oats Muesli (High Fibre or Fruit & Nut)
- 2 tbs nut butter
- 1 large ripe banana mashed
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Scoop onto baking tray, slightly flatten
