Cherry Ripe Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS: (makes 1 large jar)


  • 3/4 cup GF Oats Quick Oats
  • 1/3 cup almond milk 
  • 1 serving vanilla protein 
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut 
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean extract 
  • 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt 
  • 1/2 serving choc protein 
  • 1 tsp cacao powder 


  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries 
  • 1/3 cup water 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds 


  • 1 row vegan chocolate 



  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate overnight. (It’s okay to have a little more liquid than oats as they will soak the liquid up). 


  • Mix ingredients in a bowl until smooth and set aside. 


  • Over low/medium heat, place a saucepan on stove. 
  • Place in cherries and slightly mash. 
  • Pour in water and chia seeds. 
  • Stir until chia seeds soak up water and starts to becomes thick. 
  • Set aside to cool. 


  • Over low heat place a small saucepan with about 2cm of water in it. Grab a ceramic bowl and place on top of the saucepan, ensuring the water doesn’t touch the bowl. • Place vegan chocolate in the ceramic bowl and stir with a spatula until melted. • Please note, you want to do this step last. 


  • In a jar, place a few spoonfuls of your oats mixture. 
  • Top with a few spoonfuls of the jam. 
  • Follow with some of the yoghurt. 
  • Repeat this process until all ingredients are in the jar. 
  • Pour over melted chocolate, sprinkle with coconut and set in the fridge for the next morning or dig in and enjoy!
