CHOC MINT PORRIDGE

Ingredients:
1 Peppermint Tea Bag
2/3 cup Boiling Water
1/3 cup Rolled Oats
½ Banana, mashed
1 tsp Cacao Powder
½ tsp Coconut Sugar, optional
1 tbsp Choc Chips
1 tbsp Brazil Nuts, roughly chopped
Mint Leaves
Method:
- Brew peppermint tea in boiling water.
- Add brewed tea water, oats, banana, cacao power and coconut sugar to a small saucepan. 3. Cook ingredients on a low heat for 3-4 minutes or to your desired consistency. 4. Stir through choc chips and top with Brazil nuts and mint leaves.
