INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup GF Rolled Oats
- 2/3 cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk
- (I used Almond Milk)
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 1 tsp Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Flax Seeds
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Sweetener of choice (I used maple syrup)
- 1 tbsp Crushed Peanuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp Cacao Nibs
- Seasonal Fruit
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl.
- Seal and leave to set in fridge overnight.
- Once set, top with topping and enjoy!
