Servings: approx. 700ml
- 1 cup of GF Aussie Traditional Oats, soaked & drained for at least 20 minutes
- 2 cups of Water
- 1 Medjool date, pitted
- 1 tsp Cacao powder
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Process all ingredients until blended.
- Strain milk through a muslin cloth or nut milk bag.
- Keep refrigerated for 3 – 4 days.
Don’t chuck out the excess pulp! Add it to porridge or overnight oats!
