½ Banana
2 tbsp Rolled Oats
1 serving Collagen Powder, optional
1 tbsp Yoghurt (I used coconut)
1 tsp Flax Seeds
1 tsp Maple Syrup
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
