The Christmas Grinch may have finally caught up with us - but this is a Grinch we can get on board with!
Introducing 'The Grinch Smoothie' by Stacey from @naturalspoonfuls. "The Grinch" is certainly very green and very much inspired by the Christmas season, but also a very healthy holiday treat!
Servings: 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Unsweetened Plant Based Milk (I used coconut)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Rolled Oats
- ¼ Avocado
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup, optional
- ½ tsp Spirulina
TOPPINGS
- 1 tbsp Yoghurt (I used coconut)
- Strawberries
METHOD
- Add ingredients to blender and blend to desired consistency.
- Top with toppings.
