Ingredients:
Dough:
- 1 cup GF Oats Gluten Free Flour - sifted
- 3/4 cup coconut yoghurt of choice
Filling:
- 1/2 cup Sultanas
- 1 tspn Cinnamon
- 1 - 2 Diced Apples (Optional: lightly boil with cinnamon and nutmeg in a saucepan first 🤤🤤)
Crumble:
- GF Aussie Oats
- 1 tspn Cinnamon
- 1 tspn Nutmeg
- Monkfruit sweetener to taste
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking tray.
- Combine the flour and yoghurt in a mixing bowl and fold together.
- Sprinkle flour onto a bench and knead the dough to create a smooth ball.
- Roll out the dough until thin.
- Combine filling ingredients in a bowl.
- Place filling ingredients evenly over the dough.
- Roll up lengthways and sprinkle with crumble mixture.
- Place on baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes
- Slice and enjoy!
