I was thinking about what I could share with our Anzac biscuit lovers this year and found myself dreaming about Kensington Biscuits lol. That morning I hit the kitchen, grabbed 3 ingredients, and popped a video up on Facebook.
You are going to love this one, it's so easy and takes the humble Anzac biscuit to a whole other level.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 packet of Anzac Biscuits
- 1 packet of GF Oats chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil
METHOD:
- Pour 60g of chocolate chips into a glass bowl and microwave for around 2 minutes, I stopped the microwave at 1 minute and stirred the chocolate well then I put it back into the microwave for another minute. Stir well until the mixture is all melted.
- Now let that chocolate mix cool and thicken. Once it has thickened you can scoop the chocolate sauce onto the flat side of the biscuit and then sandwich with another biscuit.
Boom! You have the most delicious Kensington Biscuits.
