MAKES: 1 Jar
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Nut Butter* (e.g Almond Butter)
- 1 tbsp Quick Oats (or rolled oats roughly chopped)
- 1/2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
*To make nut free, substitute with tahini and one tablespoon honey.
METHOD:
- Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a glass jar and cover with lid (add additional seeds as desired).
- Spread as you please (it's delicious on some sliced sourdough or fruit like bananas & apples).
