Raspberry Cheesecake Baked Oats Recipe

This heavenly dish combines hearty oats with a rich, cheesecake-inspired filling, baked to perfection for a satisfying breakfast or anytime treat.

METHOD:
  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Mix all oats ingredients together until combined, top with a thin layer of yoghurt, sauce and fresh raspberries.
  3. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the yoghurt is ‘baked’ and the oats have soaked up majority of the liquid.
