Porridge Protein Bowl Recipe

In case you haven't noticed, we are a little obsessed with porridge at the moment 😂
This porridge bowl packed with protein is no exception!
 
With the cooler weather kicking in, we really can't think of a better way to start the day!
 
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup of Traditional Oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 scoop protein of choice
  • 1 tbslpn Peanut or Nut Butter
  • 1 tblspn Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Banana - sliced
  • Drizzle Maple Syrup or Honey 
  • 1 tspn GF Oats Fruit Sauce
 
METHOD:
  1. Soak oats overnight in a pot with half a cup of water
  2. Add Almond Milk, Water and Protein to the pot
  3. Cook over low to medium heat until thick
  4. Top with Peanut Butter, Yoghurt, Banana, Maple Syrup and Fruit Sauce.
