This porridge bowl packed with protein is no exception!

With the cooler weather kicking in, we really can't think of a better way to start the day!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup of Traditional Oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 scoop protein of choice
- 1 tbslpn Peanut or Nut Butter
- 1 tblspn Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Banana - sliced
- Drizzle Maple Syrup or HoneyÂ
- 1 tspn GF Oats Fruit Sauce

METHOD:
- Soak oats overnight in a pot with half a cup of water
- Add Almond Milk, Water and Protein to the pot
- Cook over low to medium heat until thick
- Top with Peanut Butter, Yoghurt, Banana, Maple Syrup and Fruit Sauce.Â
