Warm Caramilk Overnight Oats

Mornings just got a whole lot sweeter thanks to these warm caramilk baked oats. Who needs plain oatmeal when you can have this?!


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 30g of GF oats
  • 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
  • Splash of plant milk
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder


  1. Simply blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into a greased ramekin and
  3. Bake for 10-15 mins at 180 degrees
  4. Top with your chocolate of choice (we love caramilk blocks) and enjoy!
