For the oats base:
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1 shot of espresso coffee
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 2 teaspoons of sugar free drinking chocolate
- 1 teaspoon psyllium husk
- 1 teaspoon white chia seeds
For Topping:
- 150g Vanilla Yoghurt
- 2 tspns of sugar free drinking chocolate
Method:
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth and transfer to a bowl or container.
- Concurrently, mix up the topping
- Add topping to oat base
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
