Mocha-blended Overnight Oats

Mocha blended overnight oats are a delicious and nutritious breakfast option that can be prepared in advance for a quick and easy meal in the morning. Here's a recipe you can try:

For the oats base:

  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1 shot of espresso coffee 
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar free drinking chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium husk
  • 1 teaspoon white chia seeds

For Topping:

  • 150g Vanilla Yoghurt 
  • 2 tspns of sugar free drinking chocolate


Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and transfer to a bowl or container.
  2. Concurrently, mix up the topping
  3. Add topping to oat base
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
