Ingredients
- I cup GF Oats soaked in water for 10 minutes
- ½ medium onion chopped
- ½ medium tomato chopped
- peas as per taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Lemon juice to taste
- Spices – Salt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin seeds
- Optional Garnish - fresh chillies, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves
Method
- In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds
- Add onions, tomatoes and sauté for a minute
- Add the spices – turmeric, coriander powder, salt and stir together
- Add peas, oats and cover for a minute. Make sure the oats are not sticking to the bottom of pan
Add lemon juice to taste. Garnish with fresh chillies, onions, coriander leaves, tomatoes and serve hot.
