
Yep, you can turn humble oats into crispy, golden waffles.
It’s easier than you think.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup GF Oats blended into flour, or GF Oats Oat Flour
- 1/2 large banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Fruit Coulis (optional topping)
METHOD
- Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
- Heat the waffle maker or use a fry pan for pancakes.
- Cook until ready, greasing with butter.
- Top with your favourites.
- Devour!
