BLACK FRIDAY 2026 SALE – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. PROMOTER AND ELIGIBILITY
1.1 This promotion (the Black Friday Sale) is run by GF Oats Australia.
1.2 By placing an order during any promotion period, you agree to these terms, along with our standard website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these terms conflict with our standard terms, these terms apply to the promotion.
1.3 The promotion applies only to orders placed online at www.gfoats.com.au. It does not apply to wholesale, stockist, market or phone orders.
1.4 All times in these terms are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
2. PROMOTION PERIODS
The Black Friday Sale runs in three stages. Each offer is only available during its own period.
VIP Early Access
- Runs: 12:00am Tue 10 Nov 2026 to 11:59pm Mon 16 Nov 2026
- Offer: 20% off orders of $120
Black Friday Sale (including Black Friday and the weekend)
- Runs: 12:00am Tue 17 Nov 2026 to 11:59pm Sun 29 Nov 2026
- Offer: 15% off orders of $100
Cyber Monday
- Runs: 12:00am Mon 30 Nov 2026 to 11:59pm Mon 30 Nov 2026
- Offer: 10% off orders of $80
We may extend a promotion period at our discretion. We will not shorten a period once it has started, except where clause 8.6 applies.
3. VIP EARLY ACCESS
3.1 VIP Early Access is open only to customers who joined our VIP list by 11:59pm on Mon 9 Nov 2026 and who access the sale through the VIP email or SMS sent to them.
3.2 VIP customers receive 20% off their order when the order total is $120 or more, after any other adjustments and before shipping.
3.3 The discount is applied automatically at checkout to eligible orders. No code is needed.
3.4 VIP Early Access is personal to the VIP member. VIP access links must not be shared, published or resold. We may cancel orders placed by customers who are not on the VIP list.
3.5 We may lower the minimum spend for VIP Early Access during the VIP period (for example, to $100). Any change applies only to orders placed after we announce it, and does not entitle earlier orders to a refund of the difference.
3.6 From 12:00am Tue 17 Nov 2026, VIP customers can shop the Black Friday Sale on the same terms as all other customers.
4. BLACK FRIDAY SALE (17–29 NOVEMBER)
4.1 All customers receive 15% off their order when the order total is $100 or more, after any other adjustments and before shipping.
4.2 The discount is applied automatically at checkout to eligible orders.
4.3 The same offer applies on Black Friday (Fri 27 Nov 2026) and across the weekend of 28–29 Nov 2026. There is no deeper discount on those days.
4.4 The offer ends at 11:59pm on Sun 29 Nov 2026.
5. CYBER MONDAY (30 NOVEMBER)
5.1 On Mon 30 Nov 2026, all customers receive 10% off their order when the order total is $80 or more, after any other adjustments and before shipping.
5.2 Free standard shipping applies only to orders containing one or more of the bundles named on our Cyber Monday page: [list bundle names]. Shipping is charged at standard rates on all other orders.
5.3 Free shipping covers standard domestic delivery within Australia only. Express and international shipping are charged at standard rates.
5.4 The Cyber Monday offer ends at 11:59pm on Mon 30 Nov 2026. This is the final day of the Black Friday Sale.
6. FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE
6.1 Some eligible orders receives may receive a free gift with purchase.
6.3 Free gifts are limited to one per order and are available while stocks last. If a gift runs out, we will substitute an item of similar or greater value or end the gift offer.
6.4 Free gifts are added automatically and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, swapped or refunded.
6.5 If you return an order for a refund, the free gift does not need to be returned.
6.6 Free gifts are food products. Please check the allergen information on our website before eating.
7. SUBSCRIPTION CUSTOMERS
7.1 Active subscribers are invited to VIP Early Access. During VIP Early Access, subscribers may bring an upcoming order forward, add extra products to it, or try a new product.
7.2 The VIP discount applies only to the order in which the change is made, and only if that order meets the minimum spend. It does not apply to later subscription orders.
7.3 During the VIP Early Access period (10–16 Nov 2026), you can change your subscription (products, quantity, delivery date) but cannot cancel it. You can cancel as normal from 17 Nov 2026 under your subscription terms.
7.4 Your usual subscription discount cannot be combined with the Black Friday Sale discount. The higher of the two discounts will apply.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
8.1 No stacking. Offers cannot be combined with any other discount, discount code, voucher, loyalty reward or promotion, unless we say otherwise. Gift card purchases are excluded from all discounts and do not count toward minimum spend.
8.2 Minimum spend is calculated on the value of eligible products in a single order, after discounts and before shipping. Orders cannot be combined to reach the minimum spend.
8.4 Stock. All products are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee stock levels, and items are not reserved until an order is placed and paid for.
8.5 Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a clear error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
8.6 Misuse. We may cancel orders, or end or change the promotion, if we reasonably believe it is being misused (for example, multiple accounts or shared VIP links), or for reasons beyond our control. Changes will not affect orders already placed.
8.7 No retrospective discounts. Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the relevant promotion period, and price adjustments will not be made on earlier orders.
8.8 Shipping. Sale orders are dispatched in order of purchase. Dispatch times may be longer than usual during the sale. Please check our website for Christmas shipping cut-off dates.
8.9 Change of mind. Food products cannot be returned for change of mind. Our standard returns policy applies to sale items.
8.10 Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund, replacement or repair for products that are faulty, not as described or unsafe.
