
These easy, air-fried “Zucchini Nuggets” are crispy on the outside, soft inside, and totally guilt-free with OATS!!
Perfect for when you crave something crunchy but want to stay on track.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup Grated Zucchini
- 1 Cup Grated Potatoes
- 1/2 Cup GF Oats Oat Flour (or make your own by grinding GF Oats into Flour)
- Salt, chilli powder, oregano, black pepper (to taste)
- 3/4 Cup Mozzarella cheese
METHOD
- Combine ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll into nugget shapes
- Air fry at 200 degrees for 15 minutes until they are golden brown.
