If you're going to put the cookies out for Santa this Christmas eve, they may as well be our DELICIOUS, melt in your mouth cookies.
We know that Santa and Santa’s helpers will absolutely love these (however, here at GF Oats, we will not judge if you decide to keep them all for yourself!)
These biscuits are so easy to make and if you want to take the experience to the next level, we recommend you add some chocolate chips to the mix (a small pack of our Gluten Free chocolate chips are included in the pre-mix to allow you to try this).

You will only need to add 2 extra ingredients to the pre-mix, (3 if you add the chocolate chips order a packet here).
Oat flour, gluten free flour mix (rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), coco powder, monk fruit, vanilla powder, xantham gum.
It is important to note that in Australia, a product that contains oats cannot be labelled gluten-free due to current food labelling laws.
Choc chips: organic cocoa mass (cacao liquor), organic cane sugar, organic cacao butter, organic natural cacao powder. 70% Peruvian Cacao.
