How to make overnight oats
Every recipe below starts the same way: ½ cup GF Oats and ½ cup milk (dairy or plant). Add the extras, stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, give it a stir, add a splash more milk if you like it looser, and finish with your toppings. Each recipe makes one serve.

Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Warm, comforting and a little bit like dessert for breakfast.
- ½ cup GF Oats
- ½ cup milk (dairy or plant)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Your favourite fruit, to serve
Mix the oats, milk, chia seeds and cinnamon in a glass or jar. Refrigerate overnight, then top with fruit. Sliced banana and berries work beautifully.

Blueberry Overnight Oats
Creamy yoghurt and juicy blueberries make this one a fresh, summery favourite.
- ½ cup GF Oats
- ½ cup milk (dairy or plant)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ½ cup yoghurt of choice
- Blueberries, to serve
Mix the oats, milk and chia seeds, then stir the yoghurt through or layer it on top. Refrigerate overnight and top with blueberries.

Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Rich, nutty and seriously satisfying, this one keeps you going all morning.
- ½ cup GF Oats
- ½ cup milk (dairy or plant)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Your favourite fruit, to serve
Stir the oats, milk, peanut butter and honey or maple together until combined. Refrigerate overnight and top with fruit. Strawberries are a perfect match.

Matcha Overnight Oats
A gentle green tea lift with a lovely fresh crunch on top.
- ½ cup GF Oats
- ½ cup milk (dairy or plant)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Apple and coconut, to serve
Whisk the matcha into the milk first so it doesn't clump, then stir in the oats, chia seeds and honey or maple. Refrigerate overnight and top with sliced apple and coconut flakes.
